At Jane Win Jewelry, we want you to love your new piece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom engravings and final sale items are non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Jane Win signature box and protective pouch to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
