     2) Add your initials - or the initials of those you love! (up to three letters)
     2) Add a special date

A few tips:

• When entering your details in the fields below, please enter in the order that you want them to appear from left to right (Left, Center, Right).
• For your initials in Janie Font, we recommend you use the order of your intials: First, Middle, Last (e.g. ABC).
• For a single letter, select Dogwood Font.
• For date, please enter in the format MM/DD/YY.
• Please double check the order before purchasing. If you make an error, please contact customer service within 24 hours.
  

Engraving FAQs:

• Return Policy: Each piece is custom engraved to order and is non-refundable, returnable, or exchangeable. Please double and triple check that your letters are in the correct order of left, center, right!
• Shipping: Engraving time is 5-7 business days, but we will ship it sooner if we have it ready. If you purchase expedited shipping, please note that it will not speed up the engraving time. 
• Design: We reserve the right to make edits to the font as needed to make your monogram look balanced. We cannot accommodate special font or layout requests at this time.
